Spring is waiting just around the corner, days are getting longer and warmer, and you probably have more energy than ever in last couple months. This is a perfect time to check your condition and to lose couple extra pounds before the summer. Even if you’re not a sporty person, totally as me, there are at least couple ways to improve your shape, stamina and/or generally well-being, without sweating too much 😉 .
Two years ago I was looking for a place where I could practice roller skating without risking my life. I’ve found a mild trail which I’ve decided to try out. I had positive attitude when I was heading there, but when I saw this place on my own eyes I was totally amazed by beautiful surroundings including woods, lakes and meadows. And the icing on the cake was… the group of elks wandering on the edge of the forest! So today, I would like to show you a beautiful place very close to Chicago, which is perfect to roller skate, even if you’re a beginner. If you prefer, you can also choose this place to walking, jogging, bicycling, kayaking or just… for picknic and lying on the grass and staring at the sky 🙂
